David’s passion for film and photography blossomed at an early age, ignited by his sister’s possession of a camera that captivated him during their family vacations. During family holidays, David found himself irresistibly drawn to his sister’s camera, seizing every opportunity to get his hands on it. Under her guidance, he learned the intricacies of exposure and composition, gaining a profound understanding of their significance. His lens became a tool through which he captured the faces of his family and anything that piqued his visual interest. 

His academic pursuit at film school initially centred around acting aspirations. However, the allure of the camera team’s activity and the orchestrated chaos behind the scenes proved far more compelling than standing in front of the lens.

Embarking on his professional journey, David initially delved into the realm of shooting food and travel shows. However, as he honed his craft, he discovered a heightened passion for capturing the exquisite frames that showcased the beauty of dishes. This realisation prompted a significant shift in his career trajectory.

David transitioned from the domain of television to the vibrant and dynamic world of fashion. In this new environment, he found a deeper sense of understanding and acceptance, allowing his creative vision to flourish. The transition not only marked a change in subject matter but also reflected his pursuit of a space where his artistic sensibilities resonated more profoundly.

Several years into his career, David is continuously cultivating an expanding client roster that includes Toyota, H&M Home, Virgin Active and ASICS.
